Weekdays:
• Mixed Billing: $20 out-of-pocket fee applies to most patients.
• Bulk Billing: Available for eligible patients, including:
• Children under 16
• Seniors over 65
• Concession, Pension, or DVA Cardholders
Saturdays:
All appointments are privately billed, with a $40 out-of-pocket fee.
At the end of your appointment, you will need to pay the full private fee using EFTPOS. Once payment is made, we will process a Medicare rebate on your behalf, which typically takes 1–2 business days to appear in your account.
Private Fees
Our practice charges private fees for medical consumables and for patients without a Medicare card.
Our reception team will always strive to provide an accurate estimate of your appointment costs. However, please be aware that the final cost may vary depending on the treatment provided.
Face-to-face and equivalent telehealth appointments are billed at the same rate, as both offer the same level of medical expertise. This ensures you can choose the appointment type that best suits your needs.
Please note that your eligibility for bulk-billing or concession rates may depend on the time of day.
